"Make your weakness today, your strength tomorrow."Everyone has different reasons to start training with a personal trainer but my role stays the same. I am a motivator, a mentor, an educator, and a friend. I coach my clients to help them reach their peak fitness by combining the many elements of fitness into a carefully designed personalized workout program. A well rounded workout program is one that challenges the body on many levels: Strength, speed/agility, endurance, balance, flexibility, core, power, and nutrition. By encompassing these elements into my clients programs, they have noticed improvements with their every day living, overall health, weight loss, athletic performance, and more than anything, my clients enjoy working out. Exercising should not be an added stress, rather, a stress reliever that people look forward to because of the way it makes them feel and look. Giving my clients the tools and knowledge they need to continue to lead a healthy lifestyle is very rewarding.
